First Things First

First Friday is March 5th. It's a BIG one. It's Girl's Night Out (men are welcome too!). All of the downtown restaurants are offering specials to women including money off, 2 for 1 drinks…

The first block of N. Beaver St. will close at 5 pm and downtown parking meters will not be enforced after 5 pm. Beaver St. will be the site of music, a fashion show and lots of fun! We have partnered with Busy Bee from Central Market for delicious food tastings and we will be offering free chair massages from 5 until 9. I get to go first!

Pick up your "I Survived Girls' Night Out Button" on Beaver St. at the Downtown Inc. table (also available at the Strand and York Emporium) and pick up your Passport to Fun. Take your passport to at least 3 First Friday participants and be entered to win one of the great giveaways including a $50 gift certificate to the Left Bank or an overnight stay and breakfast for 2 at the Yorktowne.
